We proudly offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders — with no hidden fees.
Our services are available in the USA, Canada, the UK, Australia, and many other countries.

Note: Some regions may charge customs duties, import taxes, or local fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Order Processing

  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Sunday).
  • Processing Delays: Public holidays, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances may cause slight delays. If this happens, we’ll notify you immediately via email.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Free Standard Shipping: 8–10 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Available upon request (additional charges may apply).

📦 Please note that courier companies do not process or deliver packages on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order passes our quality inspection, it will be handed over to one of our trusted delivery partners — FedEx, DHL, or UPS. You will then receive an email with your tracking ID to monitor your shipment.

Shipping Access & Delivery Instructions

Shipping Address & Corrections

Once tracking information has been generated, you must contact the courier directly for any address changes.

Late Delivery or Damaged Parcels

We strive to deliver every order on time and in perfect condition.

If your order is delayed, missing, or undelivered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipping notification.
If your parcel arrives damaged, notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

We’ll verify the issue using your tracking details, and if damage is confirmed, you’ll be eligible under our 30-Day Return & Exchange Policy.
