Return & Exchange Window

You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Product images (including the issue)
  • A short description of the problem

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, refund, or exchange, please ensure:
✔️ The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
✔️ All original tags and labels are still attached
✔️ No alterations or modifications have been made
✔️ Any issue (wrong size, defect, or incorrect item) is reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear product photos

Returns Will Not Be Accepted If:

❌ Tags or labels are removed
❌ The item shows signs of wear, use, or damage caused by the customer
❌ The return request is made after 30 days
❌ You ordered the wrong product or changed your mind
❌ The product is custom-made or personalized (non-refundable & non-exchangeable)

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Kindly include:

  • Clear photos showing the defect or damage
  • Images of the product, collar tag, and packaging

Our support team will verify and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund based on your preference.

Return Process

  2. Once approved, ship the product back to our return address (provided via email).

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  4. Share your tracking number after dispatch.

  5. Refunds or exchanges will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned product.

Exchange Policy

Need a different size or product? No problem.
We’ll send your replacement item free of charge — you’ll only be responsible for the shipping fee, which varies depending on the product’s weight and location.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, etc.) within 7 business days after inspection.
  • We recommend using trackable courier services (DHL, FedEx, UPS) for returning your parcel to ensure safe delivery.
